You may use Passport Renew Service if you answer YES to to all the following questions: :

• You can submit your most recent passport.
• Your were at least 16 years old when your most recent passport was issued. .
• Your were issued your most recent passport less than 15 years ago.
• The current passport is undamaged .

Step 1 Gather and Prepare U.S. Passport Application Documents

 Completed DS-82 form (application for Renewal of U.S. passport)

Please click on the link at the bottom of this section to complete, and create your passport application (DS-82) online. After you fill out the form online, you will see at the top of the page a button that says "Create Form", please click the "Create Form" button, and your application form (DS-82) will appear completed on your screen.

1. Please print one copy of the completed application form (DS-82).
2. Do not print the form on double sided pages.
3. You must sign the completed application form (DS-82).

If you don't have any travel plan, or your departure date is not within 14 days, please make sure do not fill in the Travel Plans section online, and leave it blank.

• Your most recent passport must have been issued less than 15 years ago
• Your most recent passport must have been issued when you were 16 or older.
• Your most recent passport is not damaged.

Taken within the past 6 months, showing current appearance. Must be official passport-type only and approximately 2" x 2" with a clear background. The photo must be in color. Do not wear a hat or any item that covers the face.Face forward only, no side shots or profiles will be accepted. Homemade Digital Photographs are not acceptable.

Note: You may take your passport photos at Kinko's, Walgreens or CVS.

If the name you are currently using differs from the name on your previous passport you must submit a marriage certificate, divorce decree or court order showing the change of name. The name change document must bear the official seal of the issuing authority. Uncertified copies or notarized documents can not be accepted. All documents will be returned to you with your passport.

You must provide one of the following items:

• A copy of your air plane ticket or
• A copy of your itinerary from the travel agent or airline or
• If you do not have a ticket or itinerary :

• If you need the passport for a business trip and will be booking your flight at the last minute you can submit a letter from your company in lieu of the itinerary or plane tickets. The letter must have the following: 

  		The letter must be on Company Letterhead
  		It must be signed by an official other than yourself
  		Where you are traveling
  		The purpose of your trip

  Why you are not able to provide a flight itinerary*

  		The specific date by which you must have your passport (i.e. the earliest possible date of travel or need)
  		Photo copies or faxes of the letter are acceptable

1. U.S. Government Fees:

Make one check or money order payable to "U.S. Department of State" for $135(this is the government processing fee).

a. Write applicant's full name and date of birth on the check or money order.
b. All personal checks must show a printed address.
c. Do not cross out and rewrite any information on the check.
d. Temporary or starter check are not acceptable.

2. Us Passport Service Fee & Return Shipping Fee:

Our Emergency Passport Service fee is $199. It can be paid with credit card, company check or money order made out to "Visa Express ".

Our return shipping fee is $23 for Fedex Overnight service. $38 for Fedex Saturday delivery, $65 for Fedex 8 AM delivery.

You may combine our service fee and return shipping fee in one check or money order or pay by credit card. .

Step 2 Ship Documents to 24HUOR US PASSPORT

Please place the following documents in a FedEx or UPS Express envelope.

• DSP-82
• Your most recent passport
• Two passport photos
• Name change document (if necessary)
• Proof of departure
• Letter of authorization (two copies)
• Order Form
• The $135 check or money order to "U.S. Dept. of State"
• Payment to "Passport Agency"

 Important message to the applicant: You must send your application through FedEx First Overnight Only in order to do the 24 hours process. We must receive your package before 8:30am. Applications received after 8:30am will be processed the next business day. Do not use U.S. Postal Service Express Mail.
